This class is a cardio kickboxing and weight class. Christine Johnson makes it alsot of fun and a great workout by slternating cardio and weights to ensure that your heart rate stays up and optimal calories are burned. Come have fun! All levels welcome.
Step Circuit
Step intervals with weight training intervals. Warm up, get your heart rate up and define those muscles. Every level can attend this class. Modifications are to use a small step and light weight!
Super Step
We start with a 5-10 min warm up and then move right into a full 30 min step routine! Basic steps will be used so it is always beginner friendly. Modifications will be show for those who want to challenge themselves. Then let's end with a 5-10 min cool down & stretch and then a little bit of core work!
Yoga & Pilates Fusion
Brandi Bacon is Peak Pilates & Clearwater Yoga certified and is ready to teach you how to work that core! She will incorporate pilates and yoga into an amazing class called Pilates and Yoga Fusion. Strengthen and lengthen your body. Get those abs youve been dreaming of while getting the stress relief of a yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners and challenging enough for the most advanced.
Strength Training, WOW w/ Weights
Increase bone density, fight osteoperosis and help your body burn more calories at rest! Did you know that when you gain 5 pounds of muscle your body burns 750 calories more per day? This class works on muscle endurance which builds muscle definition; but won't "BULK" you up! We will warm up for 5-10 min then move into a 35 min strength training routine for the lower and upper body. We will end with 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of core work. Perfect for every FITTness level. Stability balls, dumbbells and medicine balls will be used. Childcare available during this class.
Kick, Punch & Crunch
Kick, Punch and Crunch your way to healthier body. Front kicks, jabs, and other kickboxing moves will be implemented in this one hour cardio class. 5-10 min warm-up, 35-40 min cardio kickboxing and 5-10 min cool down then we end with 10 minutes of core work! All Fittness levels welcome.
Boot Camp
Work on building your aerobic capacity with this 30min high intensity class. Reach your anaerobic threshold with One minute aerobic intervals! Reaching this threshold will help you stay aerobic longer! This class is guaranteed to make you sweat and burn a ton of calories!
Core Craze
Looking to tone those abs, trim those love handles and get rid of that back pain? This class is perfect for you! Your core is what keeps your body it's strongest, join us for 25 min of crunches, planks and stability ball exercises. Every FITTness level welcome.

Yin Yoga
VINYASA YOGA
Heather will teach a class that will release stress while stretching and lengthening your muscles. Most all of the work is done on your mat and is used for stress release and to strengthen and stretch your muscles. Yin is a beginner yoga class, but Heather can show those who are more advanced how to challenge themselves.
FLOW yoga!
Vinyasa also known as power yoga, is a series of flowing movements and postures coordinating with the breath. Guaranteed to heat you up and give you an intense workout, it builds strength and increase stability
